:checkered_flag: Race Day Sign-In Instructions
Every rider must sign-in electronically at least 10 minutes before their race starts. Because many riders use season passes or compete in multiple events, registering on BikeReg doesn’t tell us exactly which races you are riding today; this sign-in is how we build the start lists.

1. Check Your Inbox
On race morning, look for an email from registration@omnigoevents.com.

  • Subject: 2026 SWICA Crit #1: Your sign-in link.
    • Parents: If you registered multiple athletes, you will receive a separate email per rider. Please ensure you click the correct link for each child.

2. Select Your Class/Fight(s) & Sign-In
Click your unique link, select the class(es) you are racing today, and tap Sign-in.

3. Change of Plans?
If you decide to add or drop a race later in the day, the link still works. You can click it at any time throughout the day to update your selections.

 Registration & Troubleshooting
Not registered yet? Register on BikeReg NOW. Pre-registering is the best way to ensure a stress-free race day. On-site registration via the QR code at the number pickup tent is available, but please use this as a last resort only.

Can’t find your email?

  1. Scan the QR code at the packet pickup tent.
  2. Find your name on the “Find Your Name” screen.
  3. Tap it to have a new link sent to your email immediately.

:warning: Pay Attention To Your Race Time!
We run a tight schedule. If officials have to spend time manually identifying riders on the start line because they didn’t sign-in, your race will be shortened to keep the rest of the day on track.
Don’t lose laps: Sign-in early so we can stay on schedule!

A USA Cycling membership and race license will also be required. If you have not had a USAC race license before, your first year is free (base membership fee still required). Go to https://usacycling.org/member to become a member and get your race license or to renew. If you do not want to purchase a USA Cycling annual membership, you can purchase a One Day license when you register for each Crit.

Happy Racing!
