Our Mission: The mission of the SWICA Development Race Club is to grow and strengthen the cycling community in Southwest Idaho by providing a structured, inclusive pathway into competitive cycling. Through team-based training, mentorship, education, and supported racing opportunities, we empower riders of all ages and abilities to build skills, confidence, and a lifelong passion for the sport.
By fostering camaraderie, mutual respect, and a welcoming environment, we advance SWICA’s vision of a vibrant, accessible, and sustainable cycling community, supporting both new racers and the continued development of experienced athletes throughout the Treasure Valley and beyond.
Target Audience: Cyclists who would like to start racing or have recently started racing and are hoping to learn how to become a better, safer, more efficient bike racer.
