Boise VeloWomen is an all-female cycle racing club established in 2010. The focus of the club is to promote and develop the sport of competitive cycling among women in the Treasure Valley.

While there are several cycling clubs in the Treasure Valley, Boise VeloWomen is different from other area clubs because it is a women’s race club. Women in the club are committed to competition within their ability and individual interest. Boise VeloWomen are competitors on bikes in the areas of road racing, cyclocross, mountain biking, and triathlons. While not a social riding club per se, Boise VeloWomen supports and encourages the development of camaraderie and lasting friendships among members of the club. The club is about racing, but the club is also about having fun and friends that share the passion for competitive cycling. Boise VeloWomen is a licensed and registered club under the auspices of USA Cycling. The club is registered with the State of Idaho as a nonprofit organization with officers recognized as legal representatives of the club.
