Weekly High Energy Group Ride for local area riders/racers… all are welcome. We leave the parking lot of Hawkins Pac Out at 6:15 sharp, traveling West on Hill road at a moderate pace until we reach the base of Seaman’s Such. At that point it’s an all out go for broke training/interval/obey the rules of the road up and around to Cartwright road and up to the top of Cartwright before the Downhill to the LDS Church Parking lot. The group usually splits up to the fast and the not so fast climbing up Seaman’s, and good team work can bring back a break on the flats before the climbing starts again. This is a ride at your own risk, you may be dropped kind of ride, we encourage anyone that want’s to ride to come along and test your fitness levels each Wed and watch them improve over the summer as we continue to do this. It’s great training. Please obey the rules of the road and watch the decent on Cartwright and be aware of the potential gravel/dirt on the high speed corner descent.
